Develop your child’s literacy skills with speech therapy.

As a parent, I have experienced your concerns about a child who may be struggling with language, speech and school work.

I work with you to achieve the best possible outcome for your child using evidence-based practice. At Sound Literacy Speech Therapy, parent involvement in sessions and at home is important for efficient outcomes.

Get Started

I assist preschoolers with speech and language challenges before they enter school, and support primary school students who are struggling to develop reading and spelling skills, oral language and written expression. As a speech pathologist, my methods are based on research, experience and working in partnership with families to achieve progress. I’m able to see families with NDIS funding who have children in mainstream schools.

In-person customised support

Every child learns differently, so lessons are customised based on your child’s specific needs and learning profile.

The process begins with a comprehensive diagnostic assessment to detail your child’s gaps.

Lessons are customised to your child’s specific learning profile suited to primary school students, providing Tier 3 speech therapy to support teachers and parents.

Reading & Spelling Support

Reading and spelling are important skills that require explicit and systematic instruction for children to succeed at school.

Whatever challenges your child may face, the one-on-one sessions are designed to improve their reading and spelling skills through personalised, evidence based methods.
